1. Introduction

Welcome to Joker88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an online casino and sports betting platform available at joker88.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Joker88 regarding your access to and use of the Platform and all related services.

By registering an account, accessing any section of the Platform, placing a wager, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Joker88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by Joker88 subject to applicable terms.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by a User into their Account via an accepted Malaysian payment method, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, or supported cryptocurrency networks.
• "Platform" means the joker88.cam website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services operated by Joker88.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game participation placed using real-money Account Balance or qualifying Bonus funds.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of verified winnings or eligible Balance from an Account to a User's approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and eligibility verification process Joker88 may apply to any Account at any time.
• "Winnings" means the net proceeds of a successful Wager after deducting the original stake.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Joker88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and continuously thereafter.
2. You are registering the Account for your own personal use and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
4. You do not hold an existing active Joker88 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
5. You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Joker88 Platform or any affiliated service.
6. You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or close associate of Joker88 or any of its affiliated entities.

You acknowledge that by completing the registration process you are making a legally binding declaration that all eligibility requirements have been and continue to be met. Joker88 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from a User's failure to meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes. Joker88 is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false or outdated information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify Joker88 immediately via the contact details in Section 15.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account at any time. Joker88 monitors for duplicate Accounts using a range of technical and identity verification methods. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts may be suspended, associated Balances forfeited, and pending Withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.

4.4 KYC and Verification

Joker88 may require Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any point, including but not limited to account opening, before processing a Withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, proof of address, or documentation confirming a payment method. Processing of Withdrawals may be paused until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Joker88 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: FPX (supported by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), DuitNow instant transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20). Additional methods may be available or discontinued from time to time without prior notice.

A minimum deposit amount may apply per transaction and per payment method. Joker88 does not currently charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges separately.

5.2 Processing Times

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited quickly, subject to provider conditions. FPX bank transfers may take additional time depending on banking network availability. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum number of network confirmations before they are credited. Joker88 cannot guarantee specific processing times, as these depend on factors outside its direct control.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Joker88 may require KYC documentation before approving a Withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum amounts which may vary by method. Processing times vary and are not guaranteed.

5.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, Wagers, and Withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting and thereafter treated as MYR.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Joker88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Acceptance of any Bonus is subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum Withdrawal amounts derived from Bonus funds.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). For example, a Bonus of RM100 subject to a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of RM1,000 on eligible games before any associated Winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are set out in each promotion's specific terms.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

Joker88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus if it reasonably believes that a User has attempted to abuse the promotional system, including through collusion, use of bots or automated tools, placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting any error or loophole in a promotion's terms.

6.3 General Conditions

Only one welcome Bonus may be claimed per eligible Account. Joker88 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds may not be transferred to another Account or exchanged for cash except as permitted under the applicable promotion terms.

7. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the Joker88 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A Wager is confirmed only when the Platform has accepted and recorded it. Pending or incomplete Wagers are not binding on Joker88.
• Odds displayed on sports markets may change before a Wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to a Wager are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted.
• Joker88 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event where a material error has occurred in the display of odds, game outcome, or market conditions.
• In-play sports betting markets, including live EPL and Liga Super Malaysia football markets, may be suspended or restricted at Joker88's discretion during live events.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to maximum payout limits as published in the relevant sport or market rules. Joker88's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.
• Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures. Joker88 does not guarantee any specific outcome or rate of return on any individual session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following activities in connection with the Joker88 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another User's Account or circumvent any security measure on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated Wagering activity intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity, or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Operating the Account for commercial purposes or as part of any business or professional gambling enterprise.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a minor, or facilitating access by a minor in any way.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.

Joker88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these prohibitions and to recover from the Account any Balances, Winnings, or Bonuses associated with the prohibited activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Joker88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and design elements, is the proprietary property of Joker88 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Platform for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Joker88.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joker88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from incorrect odds or game data displayed due to a technical fault.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any tax liability you may incur in connection with Winnings in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction.

Joker88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of any game or service for a particular purpose, or the outcome of any Wager. Gambling involves inherent risk, and all Wagers are placed entirely at your own risk.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Joker88 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or abuse; completion of a KYC investigation; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or where continued operation of the Account would conflict with applicable regulations or Joker88's risk management obligations.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Joker88's support team. Upon Account closure, any verified Balance net of outstanding Bonus obligations will be returned to you via an approved payment method, subject to standard processing procedures. Joker88 reserves the right to retain applicable records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

12. Responsible Gambling
